Abstract
A standard time study of the production process of the 604 cement mixer tank from the company. The case study aims to study the standard time and standard time for work. Present to be used as a guideline for production planning and improve working methods to be able to respond to customer needs
The operation procedure collects the general information of the production process and studies the time. in present condition by recording the working method and the working time of each station, and then take the actual working time of each working step to calculate the appropriate number of samples and assess the rate of work Westinghouse and consider allowances to allow employees to recover from physical and mental fatigue. Then the data is used to calculate the standard time.
Performance It can be concluded that the standard time in the cement mixer tank production process Model 604 of the company case study, the standard time is 1844.59 minutes (30 hours 44 minutes). The weekly productivity is 8.59. Balls per week have a production efficiency of 69.04 %.
