Abstract
This dissertation aims to study the process of forming steel wire production process for CNC car seats and find out what causes waste in the production process and take them to the line.Improving the use of industrial engineering techniques Includes 1) Basic tools for controlQuality 2) POKA-YOKE technique 3)Questioning technique 5 Why 4) Brainstorming and spring back theory to apply practical work to reduce waste in the production process of steel wire forming for car seats CNC department.
The operation procedure stores general information about the production process and its quantity.Then compare the performance before and after the update.
The results of the project showed that the improvement of both types of waste was 1) the waste from the set-up. 2) The waste from the workpiece is corrected by designing the wire straightness inspection tool and establishing a standardized method of operation.After improving waste, waste found in the entire production process can be reduced from 300.7 kg to 133.9 kg, equivalent to 55.47% or 55.47%.
