Abstract
This study aims to study the procurement system of pneumatic inventory parts. The company collects information about the use of spare parts for the past 1 year to study the behavior of the use of spare parts, which The problem is that when using spare parts, waiting for an order will be wasted waiting time. The study process starts with group classification using ABC Analysis. In order to separate the spare parts into groups according to the importance, there were 14 group A inventory items, group B had 15 items, Group C had 35 items. Predict fixed methods, forecast moving average methods, predict weighted moving average methods, and linear method forecasts. Then, measure the forecast tolerances of Group A to determine the optimal and closest forecast values to the reality using the least valuable MSE.There are 4 linear equations, 3 moving average methods, and 1 fixed method. In order to find the most economical order according to the EOQ Model principles, the optimum order point (ROP), the most economical order (EOQ) and the safety stock quantity (SS) are calculated respectively.
